Executive with over 15 years experience, ten of them as CEO or CFO of national and multinational groups in the service sector, with investment funds, with retail companies, in education and real-estate development.

At Ernst & Young, where he began his career, he was in charge of external audit and consulting for both national and multinational clients: from companies listed in the Stock Exchange to family businesses in many different stages of governance.

 

He has extensive experience in leadership and people management; in the implementation of systems and internal controls; structure and presentation of business plan; accounting and financial reporting to the market and to shareholders (road shows); planning and budgeting; fund raising (debt / equity); and M & A.

Drauz is Administrator and Accountant graduated in University of Amazônia  (UNAMA) with MBAs in Accounting / Auditing and Corporate Finance (both from FGV Management).
