He has management consulting experience from working at Booz & Company and was a financial analyst at Intel Corporation.

He co-founded a software start-up company, and has consulted for and advised several start-up projects.

He has specialized in the development business plans and restructurings, and has extensive experience in project management and partnerships.

Rick has a Bachelor of Arts with a major in History from Lehigh University, and an MBA from University of Michigan (Ann Arbor).
