An executive with over 15 years experience in management of business units and companies for both domestic and multinational groups in various sectors: education, publishing, media, technology and services. He has worked for UniJorge/Whitney, Grupo Abril and Bull North America, being responsible for their respective P&Ls.

 

He has served in various systems of corporate governance: from joint ventures, to multinationals, to a family-owned company with ownership of financial institutions, and to a family business undergoing professionalization.

He has led turnaround processes with excellent results, on top of participating in various M&A projects and in an IPO preparation. He successfully implemented start-up projects to develop new strategic initiatives
 

He has extensive experience as a consultant and entrepreneur working in manufacturing, insurance, telecommunications and tourism companies. His expertise has brought him success as the manager of projects and partnerships.

 

John Arinos has a mechanical engineering degree from UNICAMP and a Masters in Management from FGV-EAESP - Fundação Getúlio Vargas – SP. He also has a degree in Business Management Services from Harvard Business School.
